damaged bathtubpoor sound insulation
I was a little disappointed upon arrival. the bathroom felt really old, the bathtub looked quite damaged. also, the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear everything happening in the apartments nearby, a bit disruptive, especially at night. It made it difficult to relax completely.

i had a two-bedroom apartment sea view. i found it spacious enough for three people. the cleaning service came every day, which i appreciated.
the loud music played during the day made it difficult for my parents to sleep. the noise was a significant issue for us.

the location was superb. it was a lovely, near walk to restaurants. the reception staff were lovely and warm. they were kind to keep our luggage. we could use the pool before our airport run. the pool areas were spacious. there were many sunbeds to choose from. children's pools were a bonus!!! a great supermarket was nearby. it provided all our breakfast goods.
the first room i was given was damp. the air conditioning wasn't working. when i asked to change rooms, the front desk said no. they claimed they didn't have the authority to do so at night. every request i made was met with a "no. " for example, when i asked for more towels, they refused.
